An Interview...

Hey you, how are you? I've missed you.
(But I must say I'm enjoying my time offline...
I've been taking pictures... I've had ideas... I'm looking forward to Christmas!)
But alas, here is the interview I promised:

(A big THANK YOU to the very lovely Dorothy of the ever-inspirational Feet On The Ground
for asking me to be a part of the inspiring parenting series, I really am so honored).

Hop on over and read more!

lovely, sweet, full of you are and i just love the photos! especially two things in the interview i really really agree with are:
1. you have to lose yourself in motherhood. this has been such a life changing realisation for me! once i understood it, everything became so much easier.
2. keeping the focus/priorities. i struggle with this every day. the discription you had about the eggs and all could be from my life! the distractions that bother me are mostly computer related like FB. im grateful that you actually put all that into words, now it is hopefully a bit easier for me to tackle this focus issue. or if not tackle totally (which would be impossible anyway) at least to progress with!

excellent interview, what a pleasure to read! and i surely hope you are back blogging! :)

Lg, Stine

You're amazing! I REALLY needed to read that. I've been so off lately. For me, the first 6 months of motherhood were lovely. Everything was amazing and new. I never thought I would get sick of it or become complacent. WELL, the last few weeks have been really difficult for me. I've felt myself slipping away, losing that amazing connection with my baby. I love him more than anything, but the enchantment is fading and my patience is wearing. I LOVE what you said about being present!! I need to step back, prioritize, and "lose myself" in motherhood. It's brilliant! Thanks so much!!
