Canning ist eigentlich nicht so schwer. Ich habe letztes Jahr endlich mal den Mut aufgebracht und es probiert. Selbstgemachtes Apfelmus (mit Zimt und Cardamom). War eigentlich echt leicht. Dieses Jahr habe ich das erste Mal selber Marmelade gemacht. War noch einfacher. :)
Probier's mal aus! Die Glaeser sehen huebsch aus, und es schmeckt alles besser als gekauft.
