KidsRoom in BW

kidsroom2

From left to right to left:
White Horse photo wall. Norm 06 lamp. Miss Under The Rain wall sticker. Kebnekaise knitted pouf. AVA bunk bed.
Playsam dollhouse. Muuto stacked shelf. Eames rocker or one for kids.
bookhou alphabet. Papp 2 Horse by Alex Hellum. Raindrop lamp. bookhou felt chair. Pinocchio multicolore rug by HAY
Egmont mushroom in black.

+ colorful blankets and pillows and art work and a bunch of children!

We are moving, across at least one ocean, in less than a year, at the end of spring. (Germany, England?
Still not sure about the details.) I have been looking forward to moving for the past four years of my life.
And now that it's near, the Getting Out Of Here, I'm starting to feel very settled all of a sudden. Like I
don't want to go. Like I need to get the girls' room done, finally, with a huge horse head for a wall, so we
have to stay here forever, and live happily, among pine trees and the most wonderful friends anyone
could ever ask for.

Sorry for the shopping craze. I'm dreaming, or making peace, or being silly. (All of them, I guess.)

Indulge me. :)

Happy Monday!

Yikes! Moving.. if I could move without boxing anything up I'd do it in a heartbeat. : ) If I did a black and white bedroom for my girl, it would be anything but after about half an hour. lol. Love the pompom rug. Change.. it's good.

Great room ideas! Good luck with finding somewhere. Moving is always tough but as they say 'a change is as good as a rest" ...maybe you'll come and live near me?!

Exciting! I know what you mean about the urge to leave meeting up with the reticence. I always find myself liking a place the most in the few months before I leave.
(and I love the alphabet art! I really want something alphabet-y for Jude's room, but I can't make up my mind what.)

How exciting! I'd choose England, I suppose. And that ol' feeling of disunity, I know exactly what you mean.

Now that's a kids room I'd LOVE! I gotta say, what did you need me for?? You totally got this 'finding good stuff' thing down, lady! Bunch of stuff there that's been on my mental mood board for a while! :D

lol, what I need YOU for is finding stuff nobody has ever found before! These things in this moodboard have been around for a while now, nothing new there. You found all this unseen-before stuff, SO AWESOME!

Beautiful things. It looks like my pinterest board.
And moving to another country... exciting!
